It so easy to lose focus. Life passes swiftly, at an increasingly frenetic pace. It gets chaotic, and hectic and you become even more frazzled than normal. It’s easy to get caught up in all the drama involved with multi-tasking, responsibilities, and trying to be all things to all people.
We are all busy. We all have overbooked calendars and overloaded to-do lists. So when those shiny objects show up and they will here are some choices for you. Shiny objects causes you to lose track of time and money. It can cost you personally and professionally. The daily distractions that include simply opening up your inbox. Not listing your priorities correctly so that you spend the morning doing busy work instead of doing the things that bring you money can knock you off your game for the entire day. Here are some very simple measures to help you get back in the game.
Pillar #1
Rosemary Essential Oil has become increasingly popular. This is because of the innovative studies that appear to show a strong ability to improve cognition, memory and performance.
Secret #1
When diffused, Rosemary Oil powerfully stimulates the senses, sharpening one’s focus and aiding memory retention; for this reason, it can be particularly beneficial for virtual work meetings or teleconferences where remembering important details is critical.
Implementation: The best way to help maximize concentration and focus, is to diffuse a combination of Rosemary Essential Oil, Grapefruit Essential Oil, and Lime Essential Oil for about half an hour. Not only will this bring a fresh crisp aroma to the air, but your focus will be on point and your spirit uplifted as well.
If you don’t have access to a diffuser, pour 1 tsp. of a preferred Carrier Oil into the cupped palm of your hand followed by 1 drop of Rosemary Oil. The carrier oil can be any plant oil of your choice and that includes olive oil and or vegetable oil. The point here is that these Essential Oils should not be applied directly to the skin. Rub your palms together before holding it in front of your nose and take in a few deep breaths.
Pillar #2
Peppermint Essential Oil can rapidly stimulate and boost one’s energy without increasing nervous tension simply by inhaling the aroma.
Secret #2
Peppermint Essential Oil’s main constituent is Menthol which is highly cooling and invigorating. It is often diffused in study environments because of it’s ability as a potent learning and memory aid. Peppermint Essential Oil can work to enhance your energy level, improve focus, help with recall, mood elevation and thereby increasing your work productivity.
Implementation: Peppermint Essential Oil can help to relieve fatigue, increase focus and alertness by diffusing 4–5 drops in the diffuser. When you just need help right this very moment, remove the cap from the bottle and take a deep whiff. Do not allow the bottle to touch your nose or skin. If you have 15 minutes, 1 tablespoon of oil and 1–2 drops of Peppermint Essential Oil in the palm of your hand and sniff. You can rub the diluted oil along the temples and the back of your neck to help relieve headaches and tension. Do not rub this on your face.
Pillar #3
Lemon Essential Oil is wonderful if you’re having trouble focusing, you’re having trouble just starting the day or you need help to be productive.
Secret #3
Lemon Essential Oil helps to elevate your mood as well as reducing anxiety. This essential oil helps reduce the morning brain fog and enhances mental clarity, and as an extra bonus it helps you fight procrastination. It makes it easy for attitude adjustments. It can also help workouts to be more productive by simply spraying the room before you start your exercises.
Implementation: Lemon Essential Oil can help create a positive and bright workspace that enhances energy and focus. Diffuse 5–8 drops of Lemon Essential Oil.

Bonus:
To get the best out of essential oils use a diffuser. Diffusing essential oils is releasing little microparticles of the essential oil into the air. Since you now have three beautiful essential oils you can make them even more powerful. Turn on the diffuser and enjoy. You want to have the diffuser going intermittently so that the brain isn’t over stimulated. So 10–20 minutes on and 10–20 minutes off. Once or twice in the morning and again in the afternoon if necessary.
